These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of millervalves.com (the "Site") and the engineering tools, quote forms, and content we make available there. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use License
Miller Valve & Controls, Inc. ("Miller Valve", "we", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal and business purposes related to evaluating, specifying, and purchasing industrial valves and related services from Miller Valve.

2. Engineering Tools — Important Disclaimer
⚠️ Read This Before Using Our Calculators or Selection Guides
The Site provides engineering tools — including the Cv Calculator, Material Selection Guide, and any other resources we publish — for preliminary sizing and selection guidance only. These tools:
- Use simplified industry-standard equations (ISA-75, Masoneilan, Crane TP-410) and reference data
- Do not account for all factors that affect valve sizing, material compatibility, or design — including but not limited to Reynolds number corrections, pipe geometry factors (Fp, FL, FR), expansion factors, specific heat ratio (k), Reynolds-number regime, rangeability, fugitive-emissions class, fire-safe requirements, sour service (NACE) considerations, and applicable codes
- Are not a substitute for verified engineering analysis, qualified-engineer review, or vendor-certified specifications
- Should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing, installation, or operating decisions
Final valve sizing, material selection, and code compliance must be verified by a qualified engineer using detailed software, current vendor data, and applicable codes and standards. Miller Valve is not responsible for damages arising from reliance on the engineering tools available on this Site without independent professional verification.
3. Quote Requests & Sales
Quote requests submitted through the Site (whether by quote wizard, contact form, email, or phone) are non-binding inquiries. Pricing, lead times, materials availability, and technical specifications are subject to written confirmation by Miller Valve and our manufacturer partners.
A binding sale requires a written purchase order issued by you and accepted in writing by Miller Valve, subject to our standard sales terms and conditions (provided separately upon order acknowledgment). Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote document and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion until accepted.
4. Product Information
Product specifications, vendor information, application examples, industry pages, and case-study content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or current applicability of any specific data point. Actual product specifications may vary by configuration, manufacturing date, and revision — always consult the manufacturer's current published datasheet and your Miller Valve sales contact for binding specifications.
